• In some cases, where repair costs exceed 50% of the boiler’s current replacement value, or replacement parts are no longer available, the boiler may be considered beyond economical repair. If this happens, we will provide a £250 contribution towards a new boiler installation with GasCare.

• Everything covered by ConstantCare Essentials, plus:

• Full heating system cover, including:

• Radiators and towel rails (repair or replacement where beyond economical repair)

• Thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) and zone valves

• Heating pumps

• Internal heating pipework leaks

• Condensate pipe lagging

What’s not included

• Everything excluded in ConstantCare Essentials

• Soil stacks/drains

• Building work or “making good” following repairs

• External or underground pipework

• Designer radiators and designer towel rails (we can fit customer-supplied replacements at no charge)

• Smart thermostatic radiator valves (smart TRVs)
